Ensuring efficient and hassle-free delivery for our customers is our top priority. Please review our delivery policy below:

Shipping Locations

  • We deliver to most locations globally.
  • Some domestic remote areas may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Domestic Shipping: Inside of Dhaka within 3 business days and outside of Dhaka 3-7 business days.
    • International Shipping: 7-30 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that holidays, climate and If the country is stable, may affect delivery times.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Inside of Dhaka tk.60.00 & outside of Dhaka tk.100.00.
  • International Shipping: Calculated based on destination and package weight. Exact costs are displayed during checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s status.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

Import duties, taxes, or other fees may apply to international shipments. Customers are responsible for these charges, which differ based on the destination country.

 

Failed Deliveries and Returns

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
  • Packages returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees will not be refunded.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will depend on the investigation outcome.

আমরা গ্রাহকদের জন্য ঝামেলামুক্ত বিতরণ নিশ্চিত করা সর্বোচ্চ অঙ্গিকার করছি। নীচে আমাদের বিতরণ নীতি পর্যালোচনা করুন: 
 

শিপিং অবস্থান

  • আমরা বিশ্বব্যাপী বেশিরভাগ অবস্থানে পণ্য বিতরণ করার চেস্টা করি। 
  • সারা বাংলাদেশ কিন্তু কিছু অভ্যন্তরীণ প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে বিতরণ সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে। 

শিপিং সময়সীমা

  • অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ: অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের পর ১ম কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়।

    বিতরণ সময়:
  • দেশীয় শিপিং: ঢাকার ভিতরে ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে।
  • আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং: গন্তব্যের উপর নির্ভর করে ৭-৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে।অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন ছুটির দিন, জলবায়ু এবং দেশ অস্থিতিশীল থাকলে, বিতরণর সময়কে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে। 
 

শিপিং চার্জ

  • অভ্যন্তরীণ শিপিং: ঢাকার ভিতরে টাকা ৬০.০০ এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ১০০.০০-১৫০.০০ টাকা।
  • আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং: গন্তব্য এবং প্যাকেজ ওজনের উপর ভিত্তি করে গণনা করা হয়। সঠিক খরচ চেকআউট সময় প্রদর্শিত হয়।
 

অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং

একবার আপনার অর্ডার পাঠানো হলে, আপনি আপনার প্যাকেজের স্থিতি নিরীক্ষণ করতে ইমেল বা SMS এর মাধ্যমে একটি ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর পাবেন।
 

শুল্ককর (আন্তর্জাতিক আদেশ)

আমদানি শুল্ককর বা অন্যান্য ফি আন্তর্জাতিক চালানের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। গ্রাহকরা এই চার্জগুলির দিয়ে থাকবেন, যা গন্তব্য দেশের উপর ভিত্তি করে আলাদা।
 

ব্যর্থ  বিতরণ এবং ফেরত

  • ভুল ঠিকানা বা প্রাপকের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে, পুনরায় শিপিংয়ের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
  • আন্তর্জাতিক চালানের ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমস ফি দিতে অস্বীকার করার কারণে আমাদের কাছে ফিরে আসা প্যাকেজগুলি ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না। 

 

ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বা হারিয়ে যাওয়া প্যাকেজ

আপনার প্যাকেজ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে, ক্ষতির ছবি সহ অবিলম্বে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
হারানো চালানের ক্ষেত্রে, আমরা সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য কুরিয়ারের সাথে কাজ করব। প্রতিস্থাপন বা ফেরতের সিদ্ধান্ত তদন্তের ফলাফলের উপর নির্ভর করবে।
